Product Description:
The upper and lower ends of PU air filter are made of polyurethane foam material, which has the advantages of large sealing contact surface and integrity to ensure good sealing under bad working conditions, and all components of the filter cartridge are made of non-metallic materials. Therefore, it has superior corrosion resistance.
Characteristics:
The filter medium generally uses cotton pulp fiber filter paper, using the porous mesh formed by fibers to intercept and capture particles. Dust particles and suspended solid particles in the intake system are mainly captured. For pollutants above 5 microns, the filtration efficiency can reach more than 99.95%. The performance of the filter core requires a small flow resistance, reliable filtration accuracy and dust capacity, higher efficiency, greater capacity and longer service life.
